No hassle, no lengthy paperwork or questions. I needed to start work at a specific time and date (Cobham) and was worried the machine may not arrive on time. I need not have been concerned; the driver was there on time, friendly and helpful and couldn't have done more to help. In summary, finding firms to deal with who give you a straightforward, problem free service, who say they are going to deliver when they do are few and far between these days.
